Your wash packages, counted automatically.
A block of 10 washes sold up front is immediate cash and a customer who comes back ten times. The only hard part is knowing how many are left, without a notebook or a punch card rotting in a glove box.
Two ways to sell up front
Block of washes
The customer buys 10 washes at a preferential rate. Aster counts one down per visit and refuses the visit when the balance hits zero.
Type: session pass.
Unlimited washes for a period
The customer pays for 30 days of access. Aster simply checks validity on each visit, counting nothing down, and refuses after the expiry date.
Type: time pass.
Express Car Wash
Block of 10 washes
7 washes remaining
From the sale to the last wash
- The customer scans your QR code displayed at the till.
- They leave a first name and phone number, and their request reaches you.
- They pay for the block, you approve, and their card is credited with 10 washes.
- On every visit you scan: 9 left, then 8, and so on.
- At zero, Aster refuses the visit and you sell them another block.
What changes for a car wash
The balance is not up for debate
The customer sees their remaining washes on their phone, updated on every visit. No more "I had three left, not two".
The card survives the glove box
It lives in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, not in a damp piece of cardboard wedged under the owner's manual.
You upsell at the right moment
Your statistics show who is approaching zero. That is the ideal moment to offer the next block, while they are still in front of you.
