Your prepaid cuts, in your clients' phones.
Aster was born from a card lost at a barber shop. Nine cuts out of ten, the card gone, everything back to zero. That is precisely what this product prevents.
Two formats, depending on how you sell
A salon rarely sells like a coffee shop. Here are the two programs that fit best.
Prepaid cuts
Your client buys a block of 10 cuts up front, at a preferential rate. Aster counts one down per visit and shows the remaining balance.
Type: session pass.
Upside: you collect up front and secure ten visits.
Stamp card
Five cuts at the normal rate, the sixth free. No commitment for the client, no cash advance.
Type: free offer.
Upside: much easier to offer a new client.

How selling a block works
- The client scans your QR code and fills in the form.
- Their request arrives in your app, the card does not exist yet.
- They pay for the block at the counter, with your usual register.
- You approve the request, and their card appears credited with 10 cuts.
- On every visit, you scan and one cut is counted down.
What changes for a salon
No more tracking notebook
No paper table to know how many cuts Mrs Tremblay has left. The balance is on her card, and on your screen.
No disputes
The client sees their balance in real time on their phone. Disagreements about remaining sessions disappear.
You fill the quiet days
Statistics show your weak days. A promotion on those days fills a diary instead of discounting people who were coming anyway.
The "Hair salon" template is ready to go.
Pick it when creating and everything is prefilled. Adjust the number of cuts and display your QR code.
