Plans and limits
The free plan is far more generous than people assume, but its limit is unusual. Worth understanding before you create your first program, because that is exactly when it takes effect.
One program type only
On the free plan, the type of the first program you create locks the type of every one after it. If you start with a stamp card, you will not be able to create a pass without moving to the Solo plan.
On the other hand, you can create as many programs as you like of that type, and sign up as many customers as you like. There is no limit on numbers.
What each plan allows

What happens when you change plan
Moving to Solo
The type lock is removed immediately. You can create other program types, and your full statistics become available, including for visits already recorded.
Returning to the free plan
Nothing is deleted. Your existing programs keep working, even if they are of different types. You simply cannot create new ones of another type, and you go back to one promotion per month.
What can go wrong
You are trying to create a different type from your first program. Two options: stay on the locked type, or move to Solo. There is no way to unlock the type without changing plan.
You have used up your monthly promotion on the free plan. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
